Beck-Ford Construction, LLC began in 1983 when Mr. Robert Becktell and a partner formed a partnership and established Becktell Construction Co. In 1987, the company was incorporated in the State of Texas under the name of Beck-Ford representing separate syllables of each partners’ last name.
On January 20, 1993, Mr. Robert Becktell purchased all outstanding shares of stock in the corporation and therefore, became the sole stockholder. On August 2nd, 2002, Beck-Ford Construction, Inc. became Beck-Ford Construction Company, L.P. and on February 1st, 2011 Beck-Ford Construction became Beck-Ford Construction, LLC.
Beck-Ford is a commercial General Contractor, who specializes in the construction of medical facilities, as well as shopping centers, education facilities, churches, banks, and retail buildings in the Houston, San Antonio, Dallas / Fort Worth markets and the states of Oklahoma, Mississippi and Louisiana.
The Company has grown from zero sales in 1983, to approximately thirty (30) million dollars in 2009. The
Company employs twenty-five (25) full-time employees, consisting of clerical, administrative, project managers, superintendents and craftsmen.
